We’re always here…
We love September • I have probably said this before (and I am definitely not alone), but I think this might be my favourite month. It is a toss-up between September and May, but this month is much less frantic. Most of the growing is done and the heat of August is fading, but we do not yet require the long sleeves and knitwear of October. These are the golden days of latesummer colour, with children dragging themselves back to school and the mellowing of the trees: their job is done and they can put their feet up and relax as we edge towards autumn.
